Cheese and Apple Slaw

Coleslaw with apples and blue cheese.

Ingredients

  • 1 10 oz. bag red cabbage (sliced)
  • 8 oz. Coleslaw
  • 1 red apple (coarsely chopped)
  • 1/4 cup Regina® Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. Trappey's® Red Devil Hot Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. celery seeds
  • 1/2 tsp. Accent® Flavor Enhancer
  • 1/2 cup Gorgonzola or Blue cheese (crumbled)

Directions

In large bowl, toss all ingredients except cheese until well mixed. Sprinkle with cheese; toss lightly. Serve immediately or refrigerate to serve cold later.
