Red Potato Salad

Potato salad with pickles and hard boiled eggs.

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. red potatoes (boiled and chopped)
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup half-and-half cream
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs (finely chopped)
  • 2 small green onions (thinly sliced)
  • 3/4 cup B&G® Sweet Gherkins (chopped (about 6 pickles))
  • 2 Tbsp. Regina® White Wine Vinegar

Directions

In large bowl, blend warm potatoes with remaining ingredients. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate to serve cold later.
