Tricolor Coleslaw

Coleslaw with paprika, celery seeds and Dijon mustard.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Regina┬« White Wine Vinegar
  • 2/3 cup salad oil
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • 4 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp. celery seeds
  • 1/4 tsp. paprika
  • 1 qt. green cabbage (shredded)
  • 2 cups red cabbage
  • 2 cups carrots (shredded)
  • 1 cup onion (finely chopped)

Directions

In large bowl, whisk together vinegar, oil, honey, mustard, celery seeds and paprika. Add red and green cabbage, carrots and onions, tossing to coat well; cover. Refrigerate 2 to 3 hours, stirring occasionally. Store, refrigerated, up to 4 days.
