Tropical Mango Salsa

Ingredients

  • 1 mango (peeled and pitted)
  • 1 garlic clove (minced and chopped)
  • 1 Tbsp. cilantro (chopped)
  • 1/2 whole red onion (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup Regina┬« White Wine Vinegar
  • 1/2 cup plum tomatoes (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 4 oz. can green chili peppers (diced)

Directions

In medium bowl, combine mango, onion, tomato, chiles, garlic and cilantro. Stir in vinegar and pineapple juice. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour to blend flavors. Serve with grilled pork, poultry or seafood.
