Wright's® Natural Hickory Seasoning
Regina® Red Wine Vinegar
fresh gingerroot (grated)
green onion (sliced)
ground black pepper
rib eye or T-bone steaks (3/4 - 1-inch thick)
Blend all ingredients except steaks. In non-metal dish, pour marinade over steaks. Cover; chill at least 15 minutes, turning steaks once. Remove steaks from marinade. Heat marinade to a boil; set aside. Grill or broil steaks 4 inches from heat source for 12 to 15 minutes or until desired doneness, turning occasionally and brushing with marinade. Makes 4 servings.
